The NW Calgary Respiratory Centre is a Pediatric Clinic that specializes in Respiratory Medicine; including asthma diagnosis and management, lung function testing, and environmental allergy testing for asthma triggers.
We are also staffed by pediatricians for consultation of general pediatric concerns.

Services
Pediatric Respirology
We have two pediatric respirologists in our clinic as well as registered respiratory therapists. For respiratory patients ages 5 and up we conduct spirometry (breathing) tests at the beginning of every appointment, in order to assist in optimizing asthma care.
General Pediatrics
We have two general pediatricians in our office who see patients for acute on-set or chronic conditions.
We also offer mindfulness clinics run by a general pediatrician.
Environmental Allergy Testing & Treatment
Trained staff conduct skin-prick allergy testing for environmental allergens under the supervision of physicians in our clinic.
We offer sublingual immunotherapy treatments for certain allergies to grass, trees, ragweed, and dust-mites.
There is an $80.00 fee for allergy testing.
We accept referrals for our services from family doctors, specialists, nurse practitioners, dentists, and respiratory therapists.

Need to book or re-schedule an appointment?
If you are a current patient and need to book an appointment or re-schedule an existing appointment at our clinic please call our office at 403-284-1333. We will do our best to get back to you within 24 hours on weekdays.
To reduce missed appointments, our clinic will confirm the date and time of your appointment at least 5 business days prior to your scheduled appointment with an email. Please ensure you provide us with an email that you check regularly and let us know if you do not receive a confirmation email for any appointment. This helps reduce missed communication and incorrect patient information, as well as improves efficiency within the clinic. Appointments that are not confirmed 2 business days prior to the scheduled time may be cancelled without notice and another patient may be booked in that spot, consequently you may require a new appointment time to be seen by the doctor.
We ask that you try your best to be on time for your appointments. We understand that extenuating circumstances happen and we ask that you please contact us as soon as possible if you are running late or require to re-schedule an appointment.
You will be charged a fee for appointments that are missed.
